Thank you for choosing to shop with us. Please review the following Pre-Order Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. By completing a pre-order with our brand, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed below.
1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows customers to purchase a product before it is officially manufactured. When a pre-order is placed, production of that item begins after customer orders are collected. The funds from these pre-orders are used to pay for the manufacturing of the product.
Once production is complete, the finished pieces are shipped to the brand owner, Jujy, who then inspects, processes, and ships out all customer orders.
2. Production & Shipping Timeline
Pre-order timelines vary depending on the specific item. In most cases, production and fulfillment can take anywhere between 3–8 weeks after the website is closed. Any delays will be publicly announced on our Instagram Page.

3. Order Agreement
By placing a pre-order, you are confirming that you fully understand and agree to the nature of pre-orders, including the production timeline and the waiting period.
4. IMPORTANT – No Returns Policy
⚠️ IMPORTANT: All pre-order purchases are final sale. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded for any reason.
This policy exists because each pre-order directly funds the manufacturing of your specific item.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Please note: Pre-order production time does not include shipping time. Once production is complete, shipping time begins. The full waiting period is the production timeline + shipping timeline.
For estimated shipping times, customers should refer to our Shipping Policy page. Once the finished items arrive:

Customers will receive tracking information once the package is dispatched.

The brand is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
