What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows customers to purchase an item before it is officially produced. When you place a pre-order with our brand, your order helps fund the manufacturing of that specific product. Once pre-orders are collected, the items go into production and are shipped to me, Jujy, the brand owner. After I receive the finished pieces, your order is then packaged and sent directly to you.
Pre-order timelines can vary depending on the item, but they typically take 3–6 weeks from the time you place your order. Please make sure to read each product description for the most accurate and specific timeline.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
All orders are shipped after the products arrive to Jujy, the brand owner. This applies to both in-stock and pre-order items.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please note that pre-order production time is separate from shipping time. Shipping only begins once the product has been received, inspected, and processed.
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, and destination.
