What is a Jujy-Order?
A Jujy-order allows customers to purchase a product before it is officially in house ready to ship. When a Jujy-order is placed, the order is then shipped from the manufactures to JUJY and then sent to the customers. The funds from these Jujy-orders are used to pay for the manufacturing of the product.
Once the item is in hand and inspected and processed it is ships out to the customer
Jujy-order timelines can vary depending on the item, but they typically take 2–4 weeks MAX from the time you place your order. Please make sure to read each product description for the most accurate and specific timeline.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
All orders are shipped after the products arrive to Jujy, the brand owner. This applies to both in-stock and pre-order items.
