A pre-order allows customers to purchase an item before it is officially produced. When you place a pre-order with our brand, your order helps fund the manufacturing of that specific product. Once pre-orders are collected, the items go into production and are shipped to me at Jujy, the brand owner. After I receive the finished pieces, your order is then packaged and sent directly to you.

Pre-order timelines can vary depending on the item, but they typically take 3–6 weeks from the time you place your order. Please make sure to read each product description for the most accurate and specific timeline.
